Safety:
We have pulled the fences back at the Northwest corner of the site, allowing pedestrian access to the crosswalk on Thurman. In the next few weeks, more of the fences will be drawn back closer to the building. Please keep an eye out for changing pedestrian traffic patterns during this time.

Tile is nearly complete in the lobby.
Mailboxes are installed, along with casework and paint in the mail room.

Lights and cloud framing have been installed in the fitness.
Appliances have been completed in the interior amenity kitchen.

Safety:
We will be deploying a large mobile hydraulic crane to Savier street next Tuesday 11/13. Access to the parking garage entry will be maintained throughout, but please avoid the area if possible.

We will be starting early on Tuesday, November 13th, in order to set up a large mobile hydraulic crane on Savier Street. It will take approximately 2 hours to set up the crane, followed by approximately 4 hours of lifting and another 2 hours to dismantle and remove the crane.
Access to the garage entry on Savier will be maintained at all times.
Level 1 and level 9 progress continues with TCO around the corner.
Wood storefront glass at level 1 is being installed.
Tile is nearly complete on level 1.
Custom cabinets have been installed in the fitness center.
Ceilings in the fitness center have been framed.

Safety:
We will be closing the intersection of 22nd and Thurman from 11/7 through 11/9 in order to demolish and replace the paving there. We will have detour signage placed around closure for your safety.

Level 14 taping 50% complete. Material hoist unit insulated with sheet rock starting. Level 14 cabinets scheduled for delivery 11/3. Unit entry doors and hardware installed last week.
Level 13 corridor carpet installed, unit entries painted in preparation for mahogany surrounds. Cabinets installed.
Level 12 minor appliances delivered. Electrical trim complete in corridors.
Level 11 backsplash tile grout ongoing. Major appliance deliveries have started. Shower tile installation has started.
Level 10 mirrors and bath hardware installation has begun. Interior unit doors are being hung. Unit entry trim has been installed. Signage is installed.
Level 9 major appliance installation complete. Amenity tile including backsplash and public restroom wall tile is complete, with backsplash grout starting. Amenity appliances are staged on the floor. Outside, synthetic lawn substrate is installed and furring is being attached to the stair overrun for attachment of siding.

The high-speed coiling door at the Thurman garage entry is operational.
Glass has been installed on the Southwest corner canopy.
Vertical wood claddings are nearly complete at level 1.
Swiss Pearl fiber cement siding has been installed at level 1 locations.
Wood storefront installation in the southwest corner retail, fitness, and at the main lobby vestibule and entry continue.

Safety:
We will be mobilizing a large mobile hydraulic crane to the North side of the project next Thursday, October 25th. There will be traffic control impacts, so watch for added signage and flagging teams. Local access for XPO and EC will be preserved.
Additionally, please be aware that we are planning to pave the intersection of 22nd and Thurman on November 7th, 8th, and 9th. This will involve closing the intersection from all directions. Local access for our neighbors (EC, XPO, etc.) up to, but not through the intersection will be allowed.

Due to rain today, we will be starting early tomorrow morning in order to pave NW Thurman St. in accordance with our PBOT right-of-way permit. This work will all occur on the North side of the jobsite and should have minimal impact to the neighborhood, aside from our closure of the street.
That said, we will be working this weekend.

Flatwork is nearly complete.
With Thurman paving tomorrow, work can begin next week installing pavers, bike racks, street lights and benches.
Level 1 sheetrock is underway with the fitness, lobby, mail room, and package rooms complete.
Level 9 pavers are substantially complete. Work will start next week to install the synthetic turf.
Level 9 floor tile is complete.
Level 9 custom kitchen casework is being installed today, and countertops will follow shortly.
Level 1 lobby wood storefront around the vestibule and leasing spaces is being installed.
